Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Crafty Traveler Shop order. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened when applicable, and returned in the same condition and original packaging in which they were received.

Mystery and blind box items: Opened mystery bags, blind boxes, and other surprise items are final sale unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, Crafty Traveler Shop will cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before they have been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process above.
